Well hello there!
I know it has been a while, but I am so glad to be reconnecting with you.
I took some intentional time for self-care and am feeling so much better. During that time, I realized how much I truly miss teaching yoga and meditation. With that in mind, I wanted to reach out and share that I will be offering a series of online yoga and meditation sessions beginning in January 2026.
I would love to know how I can best support you and what types of practices you would be interested in doing online.
As you know, I have a diverse background and can support physical, mental, and emotional goals. I have new instruments that many of the people I work with currently online really enjoy listening to. The zoom account and professional equipment are picked up well for online. I also have my dog Zoe, whom you haven't met!
For now, I’m referring to these offerings as yoga therapy, though the focus would really depend on your individual needs; whether that’s working with an acute physical injury, improving sleep, building strength, addressing emotional stress, or a combination of these.

I’m considering offering online sessions starting January 8th and 11th on Thursday and Sunday evenings at either 7:00 or 8:00 PM EST to accommodate different time zones.
