Happy New Year!

Zoe and I wanted to wish you a very Happy New Year and hope that this message finds you well, grounded, and feeling supported as you step into 2026.

Manifesting intentions isn’t impossible, but it does require more than simply wishing for change. In yoga, we believe in setting a clear intention and committing to it with presence and trust. When you believe in something fully, you begin to move toward it. That path, however, is rarely linear. It often requires recalibration, patience, and renewed focus, as we naturally return to old patterns of fear, worry, and anxiety.

This is why I so deeply believe in bringing the physical body into the experience. Not just to strengthen or tone, but to use the body as a vehicle for awareness and connection. When we move, breathe, and feel intentionally, the body offers messages long before the mind has time to interpret them. Yet so often, by the time those messages reach the brain, they are bypassed or overridden by other thoughts. Through embodied practice, we begin to listen again and find balance.

For this upcoming series, beginning January 8th at 7:00 PM (EST), I’ll be offering a thoughtfully curated blend of physical somatic movement, strength work, and myofascial release, paired with breathwork and sound bath meditation. The intention is to create space for both effort and ease, supporting the nervous system while cultivating strength, resilience, and inner awareness.

I have professional-grade equipment to capture sound with care and clarity, though many participants also enjoy playing the sessions through headphones, earbuds, or speakers to create their own immersive environment.

Registration is currently open, and I am also considering adding a Sunday evening option. If this resonates with you, I would love to hear your thoughts as I shape the schedule. I also plan to offer the series monthly if there is enough interest.

I truly hope you are doing well and finding moments of peace and clarity in the new year. I would love the opportunity to reconnect and, hopefully, see your smiling face again soon.

Warmly,

Paige
