Regardless of the style or audience of the class, Paige teaches with compassion, encouragement, inclusivity and a hint of humor.   She doesn’t believe in ‘fixing you’ and instead likes to help you turn your focus to unforeseen experiences and build upon your perception.

C-IAYT certified Yoga Therapist

C-IAYT certified as Yoga Therapist which is different association with different education and ethics requirement than Yoga Alliance which she is also certified with as E-RYT-500 (Twice).

Paige is not a doctor or to be replaced with seeing those in the professional field of health and medicine. You should always check with your doctor before starting a new plan of care.  Instead as you work with your own doctor or medical professional, if they refer you to seek out yoga, yoga therapy or meditation, then you know you can come to a class taught by her that is offered safely by someone that understands variations, modifications and alternate solutions you may consider and find helpful.
