About this workshop:
Experience deeper levels of rest and health with this meditative practice that can be done laying down or seated. You will be guided following a system that relaxes the brain waves. First you will start with a body scan, then breath and finally various ways to explore the senses and emotions to relax the entire body and heal the heart.

About this workshop:

You’ll start with a short session of discussion, then grounding and then guided by your teachers soothing voice and with Sound Bowl. Class will start on time so please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class time.

This meditation is for all levels of experience and anyone who is looking to calm their busy 'monkey mind'. You will learn about the reasons for the steps in meditation as well as in this practice and how it helps develop clarity and peace that lasts long after the class.

This practice has been used to successfully aid insomnia, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, pain and jet lag due to travel.

Paige is certified to lead Divine Sleep®Yoga Nidra (by Jennifer Reis) and is also 500 E-RYT Kripalu Yoga & Meditation teacher.
